QuickQ subscription: what separates free from paid

A QuickQ subscription mainly moves two numbers: how many devices stay online together, and how many routes you can choose from. Registering is free and covers connecting. Written up on August 17, 2026.

Free account or subscription

Match it to how much you really use it; no need to buy long.

Free account

Connect as soon as you register. Fine if you need it occasionally or want to test the feel first.

Subscribed account

More routes to pick from, more devices online together, and shorter waits at evening peaks.

Monthly or yearly

Monthly suits short-term needs, yearly costs less over time, and you can change midway.

After it expires

Expiry does not delete the account. It returns to the free state with settings and device list kept.

Ordering and billing

Kept simple, with costs stated plainly.

Handled inside the client

Sign in, open the account page, pick a plan and follow the prompts. No extra paperwork.

If you need a receipt

Write from your registered mailbox with the billing name and tax number.

Renewal reminders

The client flags an upcoming renewal and a note also reaches your registered mailbox.

Cancelling

Automatic renewal can be switched off whenever you like; the term already paid for runs to its end.

Subscription questions

New phone or new computer — subscribe again?

No. The subscription belongs to the account, so signing in on the new device carries it over.

Can a few people share one account?

An account is meant for one person; simultaneous devices follow the plan description, and sharing is not advised.

The payment did not go through

Check the payment method first. If it still fails, write from your registered mailbox with the time and amount.
