QuickQ terms of service
Usage rules, payment and renewal, what the service covers, and where each side's responsibility sits.
Using the QuickQ site, apps or membership means you accept the terms below.
Your account and how it may be used
Keep your account and password safe; anything done through that account is treated as your own action. You agree not to use the service for fraud, phishing, bulk unsolicited messaging, scanning or attacking other systems, distributing malware, or anything else that breaks the law where you are.
Scope and availability
Available regions, connection speed and overall performance shift with network conditions. Maintenance, upstream faults, device capability, local restrictions and peak congestion can all cause interruptions or slowdowns. Any speed mentioned on this site is indicative, not a promise.
Privacy and records
We do not record members’ browsing activity, destinations or DNS queries; the privacy policy describes this in detail.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Pricing, billing cycles and renewal behaviour follow what the checkout page displays. If something about an order looks wrong, contact support while your membership is still valid and we will help within the rules of your payment channel.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves, and the current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use QuickQ means accepting the updated text.
